Meetings of the Board of Directors are held every fourth Monday of the month at 7:00 pm at the Greentree Community Room. (3826 Brook Shadow)
The Annual Meeting was set for July 28, 2025. Unfortunately, due to a lack of quorum, the meeting was not able to be held. (3,441.1711 units times 10% equals 344.11711 Proxies/Residents required for quorum, we had 219 Proxies mailed back and 7 residents in attendance which is 226) Please fill out and return the proxy below (with or without voting) so the Annual Meeting of Members can try to be held on August 25, 2025 at 7:00pm in the Greentree Community Room. If you previously returned your proxy we appreciate your prompt reply to the first mailing, and you do not need to return a second proxy.
